His career also includes experience with web2 startups like Angkas, before fully transitioning into blockchain, DeFi, and NFTs. He was included in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2022 list.

Separately, Renz is actively involved in the local Philippine entrepreneurial scene, overseeing more than 15 recreational betting sites nationwide, among other ventures.
